I have a CentOS 7 installation that throws this message (onto the boot screen and the kernel log) but continues, completing the boot successfully. en ajoutant i8042.nomux, voir i8024.reset=1 (uniquement si avec nomux cela ne fonctionne pas). comme ceci : GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash i8042.nomux i8042.reset=1". ensuite tu lance un : sudo update-grub2. et tu redémarre.
