Abstract

According to an embodiment of the invention, a sandwich structure (200) having a folded honeycomb core (201) is produced by applying an adhesive to the honeycomb webs (301, 304) of the folded honeycomb core (201) and then positioning it in a targeted manner so that the adhesive in a first area (302) is reduced and is supplied to a second area (309) where it is collected. The positioning of the adhesive is for example brought about by magnetic forces or hot air.
