为了更好的说明本发明方案, 下面结合本发明较佳实施方式和附图进 行说明。
实施例 1
才艮据本发明的虚拟形象交易管理的系统组成, 如图 1所示。
虚拟形象交易管理的系统包含: 中间形象设计管理单元和数据库。 用 户和中间形象设计管理单元连接。
中间形象设计管理单元根据用户的请求生成提供给第三方查询的包 含该用户对虛拟形象的要求以及该用户承诺为该虚拟形象支付的酬金数 目的需求数据, 并在用户接受第三方设计的虚拟形象时, 将该用户承诺的 酬金数目转移到第三方账户中。 其中, 第三方是其它和虚拟形象交易系统 连接并设计虚拟形象的用户。 在本发明第一较佳实施方式中, 需求数据包 含: 需求标识, 用于唯一标识一项需求数据; 请求方标识, 用于标识用户; 需求描述, 用于存储用户对于虚拟形象的要求; 需求承诺, 用于存储用户 承诺的为满足需求描述的虚拟形象支付承诺的酬金数目; 完成内容, 用于 存储第三方根据需求描述设计的虚拟形象。 在本实施例中,, 用户还可以在发送请求时要求中间形象设计管理单 元设定需求数据的有效期限, 例如, 用户可以设定对虚拟形象的需求在一 个月内有效, 如果在有效期到达时仍没有第三方提交按照需求数据设计的 虚拟形象, 则中间形象设计管理单元删除该条需求数据。 在本发明第一较 佳实施方式中, 第三方可以向中间形象设计管理单元查询当前有效的需求 数据,选择感兴趣的需求数据并进行虚拟形象的设计,由于有酬金的刺激, 第三方设计虚拟形象的积极性大大提高, 这将大大方便需要设计虚拟形象 的用户。 在此, 账户中的财产可以为虚拟财产, 例如, 在本实施例中, 财 产即为游戏系统中的游戏币。 此外, 用户还可以指定第三方, 中间形象设 计管理单元根据用户指定通知第三方。
数据库用于存储中间形象设计管理单元生成的需求数据, 并提供给中 间形象设计管理单元查询。 其中, 数据库的实现和现有技术完全相同, 提 供了数据的存储和查询等公知的数据库操作接口,在此不详细说明。例如, 在本发明第一较佳实施方式中,数据库中存储的需求数据表如下表 1所示。

如图 2所示, 根据本发明的虚拟形象交易管理的方法流程如下: 步骤 310, 中间形象设计管理单元根据用户请求生成该用户对虚拟形 象的要求以及该用户承诺为该虚拟形象支付的酬金数目的需求数据。 其 中, 酬金可以为虚拟财产, 例如, 在本发明第一较佳实施方式中, 酬金即 为游戏系统中的游戏币。 在本发明第一较佳实施方式中, 需求数据存储在 需求数据表中, 需求数据表包含以下表项: 需求标识, 用于唯一标识一项 需求数据; 请求方标识, 用于标识用户; 需求描述, 用于存储用户对于虚 拟形象的要求; 需求 诺, 用于存储用户承诺的为满足需求描述的虚拟形 象支付承诺的酬金数目; 完成内容, 用于存储第三方根据需求描述设计的 虚拟形象。 步骤 320, 中间形象设计管理单元在第三方查询时将需求数据提供给 第三方。
步骤 330, 中间形象设计管理单元在用户接受第三方提供根据需求数 据设计的虚拟形象时从用户账户转移和酬金数目相等的财产给第三方。
实施例 2
基于本发明的实施例 1 , 中间形象设计管理单元在生成需求数据时, 还检查用户账户中的财产是否大于等于酬金数目, 如果是则冻结用户账户 中和酬金数目相等的财产, 在用户接受第三方设计的虚拟形象时转移这部 分财产到第三方账户中, 否则不生成需求数据。 本领域的普通技术人员理 解, 这样可以有效避免欺诈行为的发生, 更好地提高第三方进行虚拟形象 设计的积极性, 从根本上保证用户需求的满足。 另外需要说明的是, 在本 发明第二较佳实施方式中, 中间形象设计管理单元在需求数据过期被删除 时, 还需要解除对用户账户中相应财产的冻结。
在实施例 1的步骤 310中, 中间形象设计管理单元还检查用户账户中 的财产是否大于等于酬金数目, 如果是则冻结用户账户中和酬金数目相等 的财产, 否则不生成需求数据。 本领域的普通技术人员理解, 这样可以有 效避免欺诈行为的发生 , 更好地提高第三方进行虚拟形象设计的积极性, 从根本上保证用户需求的满足。 此外, 在本发明实施例 2中, 用户请求还 可以指定第三方, 中间虚拟形象设计管理单元按指定通知该第三方, 具体 流程如图 3所示。 本领域的普通技术人员很容易理解, 在此不详细说明。
实施例 3
在本发明的实施例 1的基石出上, 中间形象设计管理单元还用于根据用 户需求的执行及变动情况向用户和第三方反馈信息。 其中, 需要向用户和 第三方反馈信息的场景包含: 需求数据过期被删除、 用户接受第三方设计 的虚拟形象。
基于本发明实施例 1的虚拟形象交易管理的方法流程, 进一步包括以 下步骤: 中间形象设计管理单元根据用户请求设定需求数据的有效期限, 并在有效期限到期时删除该条需求数据。 其中, 该步骤可以提供用户更多 的灵活性, 更加方便用户。 实施例 4
在本发明的实施例 1的基础上, 中间形象设计管理单元还用于管理用 户的虚拟形象, 并根据用户要求对其虚拟形象进行分类。 其中, 分类的方 式包含: 不同场景使用不同的虚拟形象, 或对不同用户显示不同的虚拟形 象。 在本发明第四较佳实施方式中, 为了支持在不同场景下使用不同的虚 拟形象, 虚拟形象交易管理系统还包含认证单元, 用于根据用户认证信息 查询并使用虚拟形象交易管理系统中存储的该用户在当前场景使用的虚 拟形象。 其中, 如图 3所示, 才艮据本发明实施例的虚拟形象交易管理系统 包括: 包括中间形象设计管理单元和数据库以及认证单元, 其中认证单元 用于根据所述用户的认证信息查询并使用该用户在当前场景使用的虚拟 形象。
中间形象设计管理单元管理用户的虚拟形象, 并根据用户要求对用户 的虛拟形象进行分类和使用。 其中, 虚拟形象分类的方式包含: 不同场景 使用不同的虚拟形象, 或对不同用户显示不同的虚拟形象。
此外, 中间形象设计管理单元根据用户需求的执行及变动情况向用户 和第三方反馈信息。 其中, 需要向用户和第三方反馈信息的场景包含: 需 求数据过期被删除、 用户接受第三方设计的虚拟形象。
虽然通过参照本发明的某些优选实施方式, 已经对本发明进行了图示 和描述, 但本领域的普通技术人员应该明白, 可以在形式上和细节上对其 作各种改变, 而不偏离本发明的精神和范围。

权 利 要 求
1. 一种虚拟形象交易管理方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤: 根据用户请求生成该用户对所述虚拟形象的要求以及该用户承诺为 所述虛拟形象支付的酬金数目的需求数据;
在第三方查询时将所述需求数据提供给所述第三方;
在所述用户接受所述第三方提供根据所述需求数据设计的所述虚拟 形象时, 从所述用户账户转移和所述酬金数目相等的财产给所述第三方。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的虚拟形象交易管理方法, 其特征在于, 进 一步包括:
在生成所述需求数据之前, 检查所述用户账户中的财产是否大于等于 所述酬金数目, 如果是则冻结所述用户账户中和所述酬金数目相等的财 产, 否则拒绝生成所述需求数据。
3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的虚拟形象交易管理方法, 其特征在于, 进 一步包括:
根据所述用户请求设定所述需求数据的有效期, 并在所述有效期到达 时删除该需求数据。
4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的虚拟形象交易管理方法, 其特征在于, 进 一步包括:
根据所述用户要求对该用户的虛拟形象进行分类和使用。
5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的虚拟形象交易管理方法, 其特征在于, 进 一步包括:
根据所述需求数据的执行及变动情况向所述用户和所述第三方反馈 信息。
6. 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的虚拟形象交易管理方法, 其 特征在于, 所述需求数据包含:
需求标识, 用于唯一标识一项需求数据;
请求方标识, 用于标识用户;
需求描述, 用于存储用户对于虚拟形象的要求;
需求承诺, 用于存储用户承诺的为满足需求描述的虚拟形象支付的酬 金数目;
完成内容, 用于存储第三方根据需求描述设计的虚拟形象。
7. 一种虚拟形象交易管理系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
中间形象设计管理单元, 用于根据用户请求生成提供给第三方查询的 包含该用户对所述虚拟形象的要求以及该用户承诺为所述虚拟形象支付 的酬金数目的需求数据, 在该用户接受所述第三方设计的虚拟形象时, 将 该用户账户的部分财产转移到所述第三方账户中;
数据库用于存储所述需求数据, 并提供给所述中间形象设计管理单元 查询。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的虚拟形象交易管理系统, 其特征在于, 所 述中间形象设计管理单元在生成所述需求数据之前, 检查所述用户账户中 的财产是否大于等于所述酬金数目 , 如果是则冻结用户账户中和所述酬金 数目相等的财产, 否则不生成需求数据。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的虚拟形象交易管理系统, 其特征在于, 所 述中间形象设计管理单元还用于管理所述用户的虚拟形象, 并对所述虚拟 形象进行分类。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的虚拟形象交易管理系统, 其特征在于, 所 述虚拟形象交易管理系统还包括认证单元, 用于根据所述用户的认证信息 查询并使用该用户在当前场景使用的虚拟形象。
11. 根据权利要求 7所述的虚拟形象交易管理系统, 其特征在于, 所 述中央形象设计管理单元还用于根据所述需求数据的执行及变动情况向 所述用户和所述第三方反馈信息。
12. 根据权利要求 7所述的虚拟形象交易管理系统, 其特征在于, 所 述中间形象设计管理单元在所述需求数据的有效期到达时删除该需求数 据。
