Abstract

本发明涉及一种气雾剂化妆品,它是耐压容器中含有包括(A)头发定型用聚合物:0.5~10重量%;(B)带两个以上羟基的分子量62以上、1000以下的30℃下呈液态的溶剂:1~25重量%;(C)HLB为2.8~20,30℃下呈液态的非离子表面活性剂和/或N-乙酰乙醇胺:0.1~20重量%;和(D)乙醇和/或水的原液,以及(E)喷射剂,其中(A)/(B)的重量比为0.42~2.3。本发明的气雾剂化妆品使喷雾后的原液在毛发上形成由小液滴形成的粘合性覆膜,使毛发之间无粘连,而是点接合,可使头发再定型为蓬松清爽的发型。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种使毛发蓬松清爽有型,可保持定型好的发型,且即使发型散乱也可通过用梳子或刷子再定型为原设计发型的气雾剂化妆品。 
背景技术
现有的发胶通常是通过喷射大量头发定型用聚合物来固定头发。但在该方法中,聚合物会使头发成束,所以会出现定型好的发型呆板、僵硬等缺点。另外还有当头发定型后,一旦用梳子或刷子破坏固接点,就会出现发型散乱以致恢复不到原样的问题。曾经有人提出使用增塑剂调整毛发固定用高分子的玻璃化转移温度而制成没有呆板缺点的发胶(参照日本特开平7-145023号公报)。但该制品也存在形成于头发表面的覆膜的粘合性不足,不能再定型的问题。 
另一方面,当使用发蜡等定型剂时,由于是利用油的粘合性保持头发,所以头发不会发硬,而能得到自然的发型,但是,油的粘合性与头发定型用聚合物的固接力相比极弱,以致难以保持称心如意的发型。且在利用油的粘合性而形成发型的情况下,尽管用梳子或刷子可恢复原设计发型,但不能持续保持蓬松自然的发型。并且,曾经有过含有并用了高分子化合物和油剂的粘合性成份、并具有一定以上的粘合力的可避免头发变硬、可自然成型、发型持久性好的毛发化妆品(日本特开平11-116443号公报),但由于该制品粘合性不足,所以具有再定型性低、定型后的头发不能形成蓬松的发型的问题。 
发明内容
本发明提供一种气雾剂化妆品,它是在耐压容器中装入 
含有(A)头发定型用聚合物:0.5~10重量%; 
(B)带两个以上羟基的分子量62以上、1000以下的30℃下呈液态的溶剂:1~25重量%; 
(C)HLB为2.8~20,30℃下呈液态的非离子表面活性剂和/或N-乙酰乙醇胺:0.1~20重量%;和 
(D)乙醇和/或水的原液,以及 
(E)喷射剂,其中,(A)/(B)的重量比为0.42~2.3。 
具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种不使毛发变硬,使毛发蓬松清爽有型,可保持定型好的发型,且即使发型散乱也可通过用梳子或刷子再定型为原设计发型的气雾剂化妆品。 
本发明人发现:通过以含有一定比率的头发定型用聚合物和多元醇溶剂、以及含有特定的增塑剂的组合物为原液制成气雾剂,使喷雾后的原液在毛发上形成由小液滴形成的粘合性覆膜,使毛发之间无粘连,而是点接合,可使头发再定型为蓬松清爽的发型。

在上述头发定型用聚合物中,优选为烷基丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸酯/烷基氨基烷基丙烯酰胺/聚甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯共聚物、烷基丙烯酰胺/烷基氨基烷基丙烯酰胺/聚甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯共聚物、丙烯酸树脂烷醇胺液、丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、聚乙烯己内酰胺、(丙烯酸烷酯/辛基丙烯酰胺)共聚物;更优选为烷基丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸酯/烷基氨基烷基丙烯酰胺/聚甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯共聚物、烷基丙烯酰胺/烷基氨基烷基丙烯酰胺/聚甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯共聚物。 
可将上述两种以上的头发定型用聚合物并用,作为成份(A),且为使毛发达成点接合,形成蓬松清爽的发型并使之持久,其含量在本发明的气雾剂化妆品的原液中为0.5~10重量%,优选为1~8重量%,更优选为1.5~7重量%。 
成份(B)为带两个以上羟基的分子量为62以上、1000以下的30℃呈液态的溶剂,分子量优选为90以上、600以下,更优选为100以上、200以下。具体可以举出丙二醇(分子量76.1)、1,3-丁二醇(分子量90.1)、甘油(分子量92.1)、异戊二醇(分子量104.1)、己二醇(分子量118.2)、一缩二丙二醇(分子量134.2)、聚丙二醇(聚合度9,分子量540)、聚乙二醇600等。其中,因可达到适度的粘合性,故优选为碳原子数4以上的带两个以上羟基的呈液态的溶剂。具体可以举出一缩二丙二醇、聚丙二醇(聚合度9,分子量540)、1,3-丁二醇,更优选为一缩二丙二醇。另外,本发明中的“液态”是指用Brookfield旋转粘度计(2号转子,转数12rpm,60秒,30℃)测得粘度为1000mPa·s以下的状态(成份(C)亦同)。 
可将上述两种以上溶剂并用,作为成份(B),且为可与成份(A)组合形成粘合性覆膜,并使毛发之间可粘合并可再定型,其含量在本发明的气雾剂化妆品的原液中为1~25重量%,优选为2~10重量%,更优选为4~8重量%。 
为能形成蓬松清爽的发型和能再定型的适度的粘合性覆膜,成份(A)和(B)的重量含量比调整为:重量比(A)/(B)为0.42~2.3,优选调整为0.47~2.1,更优选调整为0.52~1.9的范围。 
HLB2.8~20、30℃液态的非离子表面活性剂和N-乙酰乙醇胺的成份(C)具有提高成份(A)和(B)的混合性的功能,并可用作成份(A)的增塑剂。就这样的非离子表面活性剂而言,可以举出油酸单甘油酯(HLB2.8)、棕榈仁油脂肪酸二乙醇胺(HLB2.9)、癸酸单甘油酯(HLB3.2)、山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯(HLB4.3)、异硬脂基甘油醚(HLB5.0)、山梨糖醇酐单月桂酸酯(HLB8.6)、四油酸聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇(HLB10.5)、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐三油酸酯(HLB11.0)、四油酸聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇(HLB11.8)、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯(HLB13.3)、聚氧乙烯(9)三癸醚(HLB13.3)、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯(HLB14.9)、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单棕榈酸酯(HLB15.6)等。其中,优选为异硬脂基甘油醚、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯。另外,本发明的HLB表示Griffin法的计算值。 
可将上述非离子表面活性剂和N-乙酰乙醇胺两种以上并用,作为成份(C),另外,其含量在本发明的气雾剂化妆品的原液中为0.1~20重量%,优选为0.2~10重量%,更优选为0.3~5重量%。 
为使毛发达成点接合,形成蓬松清爽的发型,并可再定型,成份(C)的含量与成份(A)和(B)的合计含量的比调整为(C)/[(A)+(B)]的重量比为:0.05~0.5,优选调整为0.06~0.3,更优选调整为0.08~0.2的范围。 
成份(D)的乙醇和/或水的含量优选为在本发明的气雾剂化妆品的原液中为4~98.4重量%,更优选为30~98重量%,进一步优选为50~95重量%。 
为使毛发之间达成点接合,形成蓬松清爽的发型,本发明的气雾剂化妆品优选为,从容器中喷射出的内溶液(原液)在测定距离(从喷射口的距离)15cm时,形成平均粒径(体积累积分布50%)10μm以上、40μm以下,更优选为30μm以下的小液滴。 
为遮蔽包括乙醇味、聚合物味和喷射剂味的基剂味,使得使用时有好闻的香味,并使适度浓淡的香味持久,本发明的气雾剂化妆品的原液优选含有选自特定类化合物的香料化合物的成份(F)。特别是当气雾剂化妆品喷射的原液呈如上所述的非常小的液滴状时,因其表面积相对增大,所以与通常的喷射剂相比,来自基剂的味道更浓郁,而通过使用以下所示的特定的香料化合物,就可改善气雾剂化妆品的香味的发散。且由于在本发明中香料成份存在于由附着在毛发表面的非常小的液滴形成的粘合性覆膜中,所以其香味的挥发更缓慢,香味持久性更好。 
成份(F)的香料化合物选自柠檬烯、氨茴酸甲酯、丁子香酚、辛醛、壬醛、癸醛、十一烷醛、十二烷醛、α-己基肉桂醛、香豆素、香草醛、顺式-3-己烯醇、α-萜品醇、γ-十一烷酸内酯、α-紫罗酮、β-紫罗酮、α-甲基紫罗酮、β-甲基紫罗酮、γ-甲基紫罗酮、2-甲基-4-(2,2,3-三甲基-3-环戊烯-1-基)-2-丁烯-1-醇(花王社、SandalMaisolcoa)、α-二氢大马酮、β-二氢大马酮、δ-二氢大马酮、α-王朝酮、β-王朝酮、铃兰醛、里哪醇、苯乙醇、苄醇、香茅醇、乙酸苄酯、乙酸己酯、苯甲酸苄酯、茉莉酮酸甲酯、3α,6,6,9α-四甲基十二氢化萘[2,1-b]呋喃(花王社、Ambroxan)、苯氧乙醇、胡椒醛、乙酸茴香酯、茴香基丙酮、乙酸丁子香酚、乙酸异丁香酚、环十五内酯(曾田香料社、Pentalide)以及水杨酸环己酯。 
上述香料化合物中,优选可举出柠檬烯、丁子香酚、十二烷醛、α-己基肉桂醛、香豆素、香草醛、顺式-3-己烯醇、γ-甲基紫罗酮、2-甲基-4-(2,2,3-三甲基-3-环戊烯-1-基)-2-丁烯-1-醇花王社、(SandalMaisol-coa)、β-二氢大马酮、里哪醇、苯乙醇、苄醇、香茅醇、乙酸苄酯、茉莉酮酸甲酯、3α,6,6,9α-四甲基十二氢化萘[2,1-b]呋喃(花王社、Ambroxan)、胡椒醛、水杨酸环己酯。 
成份(F)的香料化合物在本发明的气雾剂化妆品的原液中的含量 优选为0.01~1.0重量%,优选为0.05~0.5重量%,更优选为0.05~0.3重量%,进一步优选为0.1~0.3重量%。 
另外,可与上述成份(F)一起用于原液的其它香料化合物可以举出萜品油烯、α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、异丁基喹啉、(2,4-二甲基环己烯-3-基)甲醛(tripral)、γ-紫罗兰酮、α-异甲基紫罗兰酮、烯丙基紫罗兰酮、α-鸢尾酮、β-鸢尾酮、γ-鸢尾酮、檀香醇、香茅醛、晚香玉、2-(2,4-二甲基-3-环己烯基)-5-甲基-5-(1-甲基丙基)-1,3-二噁烷(Quest公司、Karanar)、对甲酚、乳香树脂、香叶腈、4-甲基-2-(2-甲基丙基)-四氢化-2H-4-吡喃醇(Quest公司、Fluroza)等。 
含有成份(F)的香料组合物可在用稀释剂稀释后使用。稀释剂可以举出(3-氧代-2-戊基环戊基)乙酸甲酯、丙二醇、一缩二丙二醇等丙二醇类;3-甲氧基-3-甲基丁醇等醇类等。 
还可根据目的在本发明的气雾剂化妆品的原液中添加通常用于气雾剂化妆品的各种成份,例如阳离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、除成份(C)之外的非离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、pH调整剂、维生素类、蛋白质、氨基酸类、生药类、防腐剂、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂、着色剂等。 
成份(E)的喷射剂可以举出液化天然气(LPG)、二甲醚(DME)、二氧化碳气、氮气及其混合物等。且还可使用HFC-152a等的代用氟里昂。喷射剂的用量以由成份(A)~(D)和任意成份构成的原液和喷射剂的重量比表示,优选为原液/喷射剂=5/95~80/20,更优选为40/60~70/30的范围。且耐压容器内的压力优选为调整到25℃的温度下为0.15~0.45MPa。 
为使原液如上所述以微细液滴状喷出,由成份(A)~(D)和任意成份构成的原液的粘度优选在1~12mPa·s、更优选在1~8mPa·s的范围内,且还优选满足上述原液/喷射剂的重量比和容器内的压力条件。且本发明中的粘度表示由Brookfield旋转粘度计(转子BL适配器,转数30rpm,60秒,30℃)测得的值。且耐压容器所用阀优选为阀杆径Φ0.33~0.46mm、阀套径Φ0.33~0.65mm×活塞径Φ0~0.64mm。在含水配方体系中,特别优选为阀杆径Φ0.33~0.42mm、阀套径Φ0.33~0.42mm,而无活塞;而在非水体系中,特别优选为阀杆径Φ0.40~ 0.46mm、阀套径Φ0.42~0.65mm×活塞径Φ0.33~0.46mm。

在下述实施例中,原液粘度用东机产业(株)的B型粘度计(转子BL适配器、旋转数30rpm、60秒、30℃)测定。喷射的液滴的平均粒径是采用Sympatec GmbH,System-Partikel-technik社的激光衍射式粒径分布测定装置HELOS SYSTEM,在测定区域R4(焦距200mm,粒度测定范围0.5/1.8~350μm)下,直接向激光喷射测定(测定距离15cm)时的体积累积分布为50%的值。 
实施例1、2与比较例1~6 
以常法调制表1所示的发胶原液,与用作喷射剂的LPG(0.25MPa,20℃)一起,以原液/喷射剂(重量比)=60/40的比例填充到具有下述阀和按钮的气雾剂容器内。 
阀:阀杆径Φ0.41mm、阀套径Φ0.64mm×活塞径Φ0.41mm。 
按钮:口径Φ0.46mm(MB,Concave)(Precision Valve Japan,Ltd.) 
按照下述方法、基准,评价该发胶的定型力、再定型力、发硬感以及发型持久性。 
·定型力 
评价方法:用水润湿长10cm、宽2cm的发束,用毛巾擦干后,卷在直径4cm的棒上自然干燥。然后,从距发束15cm处喷涂发胶,在70℃下干燥1小时后,从棒上取下发束。将发束上端固定,测定了取下后的上端和发梢的高度差L0。根据下式,当L0与无卷的原发长度L(10cm)相同时评价为定型力为0%。 
定型力(%)=(L-L0)/L×100 
·再定型力 
评价方法:用水润湿长10cm、宽2cm的发束,用毛巾擦干后,卷在直径4cm的棒上自然干燥。然后从距发束15cm处喷涂发胶,在室温下干燥1小时后,从棒上取下发束。将发束上端固定,测定了取下后的上端和发梢的高度差L0。将因梳通而走型的发束再卷绕在直径4cm的棒上,在室温下再自然干燥60分钟,然后从棒上取下发束。将发束上端固定,测定了取下后的上端和发梢的高度差L60。根据下式,以无卷的原发长为L(10cm),将即使梳通后,发卷依然如初的情况评 价为100%。 
再定型力(%)=(L-L60)/(L-L0)×100 
·有无发硬 
分别将发胶喷射到实验用人头模型(假发)上,由10名专家根据下述基准对干燥后有无发硬进行了官能评价,并出示评价点的平均值。 
·发型的持久性(蓬松清爽的发型的持久性) 
分别将发胶喷射到实验用人头模型(假发)上并梳理后,由10名专家根据下述基准对25℃/65%RH条件下静置6小时后的状态进行了官能评价,并出示评价点的平均值。 
评价基准

Claims (5)

1.一种气雾剂化妆品,其特征在于,耐压容器中含有包括
(A)头发定型用聚合物:0.5~10重量%;
(B)带两个以上羟基的分子量大于等于62且小于等于1000的30℃下呈液态的溶剂:1~25重量%;
(C)选自HLB为2.8~20、30℃下呈液态的非离子表面活性剂和/或N-乙酰乙醇胺的增塑剂:0.1~20重量%;和
(D)乙醇和/或水的原液,以及
(E)喷射剂,
其中,(A)/(B)的重量比为0.42~2.3,
所述成份(A)选自烷基丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸酯/烷基氨基烷基丙烯酰胺/聚甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯共聚物,烷基丙烯酰胺/烷基氨基烷基丙烯酰胺/聚甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯共聚物,丙烯酸树脂烷醇胺液,聚乙烯己内酰胺,辛基丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸羟丙酯/甲基丙烯酸丁基氨基乙酯共聚物,
所述成份(B)选自丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、甘油、异戊二醇、己二醇、一缩二丙二醇、聚丙二醇和聚乙二醇600。
2.如权利要求1所述的气雾剂化妆品,其特征在于,(C)/[(A)+(B)]的重量比为0.05~0.5。
3.如权利要求1所述的气雾剂化妆品,其特征在于,含有成份(F),(F)为一种或一种以上选自柠檬烯、氨茴酸甲酯、丁子香酚、辛醛、壬醛、癸醛、十一烷醛、十二烷醛、α-己基肉桂醛、香豆素、香草醛、顺式-3-己烯醇、α-萜品醇、γ-十一烷酸内酯、α-紫罗酮、β-紫罗酮、α-甲基紫罗酮、β-甲基紫罗酮、γ-甲基紫罗酮、2-甲基-4-(2,2,3-三甲基-3-环戊烯-1-基)-2-丁烯-1-醇、α-二氢大马酮、β-二氢大马酮、δ-二氢大马酮、α-王朝酮、β-王朝酮、铃兰醛、里哪醇、苯乙醇、苄醇、香茅醇、乙酸苄酯、乙酸己酯、苯甲酸苄酯、茉莉酮酸甲酯、3α,6,6,9α-四甲基十二氢化萘[2,1-b]呋喃、苯氧乙醇、胡椒醛、乙酸茴香酯、茴香基丙酮、乙酸丁子香酚、乙酸异丁香酚、环十五内酯和水杨酸环己酯的香料化合物。
4.如权利要求3所述的气雾剂化妆品,其特征在于,所述成份(F)在原液中的含量为0.01~1.0重量%。
5.如权利要求1所述的气雾剂化妆品,其特征在于,在测定距离为距喷射口15cm时,由容器喷出的液滴在体积累积分布为50%的情况下,平均粒径大于等于10μm、小于等于40μm。
