背景技术
白内障是全球致盲的主要原因,也是最常见的眼科疾病。由白内障引起的视觉残疾的就诊次数每年就高达八百多万次。当由白内障引起的残疾影响或改变人们的日常生活时,手术摘除晶状体并植入人工晶状体(intraocular lens)(IOL)是治疗相关视力缺陷的优选方法。在美国,每年进行大约250万例白内障手术,因此该手术成为在65岁以上的美国人中最常见的手术。每年大约有97%的白内障手术患者接受人工晶状体植入,美国每年用于白内障手术及相关医护的费用超过40亿美元。
白内障被定义为患者晶状体的混浊,既可以是局部混浊,也可以是弥散的透明度的整体丧失。但是,白内障必须引起显著的视敏度的下降或功能性损伤才具有临床意义。白内障的发生是由于衰老,或者继发于遗传因素、外伤、炎症、代谢或营养失调,或辐射。年龄相关性白内障疾病最为常见。
在治疗白内障时,外科医生会摘除患者晶状体囊中的晶状体基质,并用人工晶状体(“IOL”)植入物来替代。典型的IOL可以提供选择的焦距,以使得患者具有相当好的远距视力。但是,在白内障术后,患者通常还需要佩戴眼镜来阅读。这可以通过由多种光学界面辅助的人眼的成像特性来解释。
健康年轻人眼睛的总屈光能力为大约59屈光度,其中,角膜前表面(例如,包括泪液层的外表面)提供大约48屈光度的能力,角膜后表面提供大约一4屈光度。在由睫状肌支持的透明弹性囊中位于瞳孔之后的晶状体提供大约15屈光度的能力,同时还可以起到在视网膜上聚焦图像的关键作用。这种聚焦能力也被称为“调节”,可以使得不同距离的物体成像。
通过调节晶状体的形状使其从中等凸起形状到高度凸起形状,年轻人眼睛的晶状体的屈光能力可以在15屈光度至大约29屈光度之间进行调节。人们普遍接受的导致这种调节的机理为支持囊(以及其内包含的晶状体)的睫状肌在松弛状态(对应于中等凸起形状)和收缩状态(对应于高度凸起形状)之间进行改变。由于晶状体本身包含粘液、凝胶透明纤维,并以“洋葱样”层状结构排列,因此,由睫状肌施加在囊上的力可以引起晶状体形状的改变。
从眼中分离出来的松弛的囊和晶状体为球形。但是在眼内,该囊在其周围通过大约70个微小韧带纤维与睫状肌相连,睫状肌再与眼球的内表面相连。因此支持晶状体和囊的睫状肌被认为是通过括约肌模式发挥作用的。因此,当睫状肌松弛时,囊和晶状体的直径在周围被拉大,使得晶状体变扁平,而当睫状肌收缩时,晶状体和囊略微松弛,其直径变小,更接近于球形。
如上所述,年轻人眼睛的调节能力大约为14屈光度。随着人变老,晶状体逐渐变硬并丧失弹性,以至于到大约45-50岁时,其调节能力降为大约2屈光度。在更老的年龄阶段,晶状体可以被认为是不可调节的,该状况被称为“老视”。由于成像距离是固定的,老视通常需要双焦距,以利于近视力和远视力。
除了年龄相关性调节能力的丧失,这种丧失还影响了用于白内障治疗的IOL。虽然针对可调节式IOL的研究已经取得了一些成功,但是至今为止研发的方法和仪器都比较复杂,因此阻止了这些装置的广泛商业应用。
IOL由刚性聚合材料制成,例如聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA),但是,更加富有弹性的聚合材料越来越受到欢迎。
IOL通常包含一个用于透光的光学部分和一个从光学部分向外围延伸的袢(haptic)部分。
在一些IOL的设计中,例如Christie等人的美国专利No.4932966所描述的,晶状体的光学部分包含沿其与较厚基底(substrate)的边缘封闭的薄膜,以在两者之间形成一个空腔。可变形的袢与光学部分的外围相连,并充满驱动流体,例如硅氧烷油。睫状肌的运动使得袢变形,并驱使流体从袢流向空腔,以使得光学部分的薄膜偏斜,从而改变了晶状体的光学能力。如该专利所述,晶状体的基底可以包含聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA),而薄膜和袢可以包含硅氧烷弹性体。
Klopoteck的美国专利No.6730123还描述了一种流体驱动型IOL,其中,光学流体在具有柔性可变形表面的光学室和储存室之间移动来改变晶状体的光学能力。在该专利所描述的IOL中,基底、可变形表面和内部组件都是由丙烯酸弹性体制成的。
这些和其它的一些设计都具有许多缺点。例如,已知硅氧烷在硅氧烷弹性体材料中具有高渗透性。因此,随着时间的变化,上述系统所使用的硅氧烷将会趋向于透过硅氧烷弹性体扩散。这种扩散将会导致IOL中流体的流失,并且也会影响硅氧烷弹性体组件的机械性能,从而使IOL的性能随时间而降低。此外,硅氧烷弹性体组件有可能使眼内的水样流体扩散到IOL中,因此进一步降低IOL的性能。
目前已知的一种控制流体向固体材料中扩散的方法包括在晶状体表面上沉积扩散阻隔层。例如,Qiu等人的美国专利No.6827966公开了能够控制所含材料从眼睛晶状体向外扩散或释放的晶状体上的扩散可控涂层。与用于眼内晶状体相比,该涂层似乎更适用于非植入性晶状体,因此被应用于现有晶状体表面,而非包含于晶状体的聚合组合物中。
一种用于永久性改变晶状体表面(包括IOL)的表面性质的不同方法是美国专利No.4941997、No.4973429和No.5068318中所描述的Langmuir-Blodgett沉积法。其它已知的方法包括可控旋模法、化学吸附法和汽相淀积法。
开发的一项用于涂覆基底的最新技术为层叠(“LbL”)聚合物吸附法。具体地,Rubner等人的美国专利No.5518767和No.5536573描述了在玻璃基底上形成掺杂电导性聚阳离子聚合物和聚阴离子或水溶性非离子聚合物的p型双层的方法。
Decher等人的美国专利No.5208111描述了在支持物上施加一层或多层的方法,该支持物已通过在整个区域内施加相同电荷的离子和可电离化合物进行了修饰。该一层或多层由有机材料构成,每层都包含相同电荷的离子,第一层的离子与修饰的支持物所带的电荷相反,如果存在多层的话,每层与前一层所带的电荷也相反。
Sheu等人的美国专利No.5700559公开了用于制造具有基底的亲水性物体的方法,离子聚合层直接结合在基底上,无序的聚合电解质涂层通过离子作用结合在离子聚合层上。离子聚合层是通过对基底的等离子体处理、电子束处理、电晕放电、X射线处理或酸/碱化学修饰而得到的。
尽管上述每种表面修饰技术对于制造具有改变的、与该装置的其它部分不同的表面的IOL都是有效的,但是,每种方法都需要复杂以及耗时的基底表面预处理过程,以获得高度带电荷的表面。
此外,上述表面修饰涉及在IOL的外表面使用涂层,而不是使IOL具有降低流体向晶状体内或向晶状体外扩散的总体性能。
综上所述,人们希望提供一种眼用装置,例如IOL,其本体聚合材料可以提供提高的防止流体向该装置内或向该装置外扩散的抵抗力。
此外,还希望聚合物具有如下性质:可以使其变形为一种递送构型,以便能够植入眼内,并在植入眼睛之后恢复植入前的构型。此外,还希望聚合组合物具有足够高的折射率。
发明内容
本发明的一方面为用于眼用装置的聚合材料,其包含丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯和丙烯酸苯乙酯。在某些实施方式中,丙烯酸丁酯的含量为大约35%至大约65%(体积),在某些实施方式中,其含量为大约45%至大约55%(体积)。
在某些实施方式中,甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯的含量为大约15%至大约30%(体积),在某些实施方式中,甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯的含量为大约18%至大约22%(体积)。
在某些实施方式中,丙烯酸苯乙酯的含量为大约20%至大约40%(体积),在某些实施方式中,丙烯酸苯乙酯的含量为大约26%至大约34%(体积)。

具体实施方式
本发明总体涉及改进的聚合材料。该聚合材料具有提高的抗流体扩散性、相对高的折射率,并且在植入人体过程中变形后可以恢复为原始构型。虽然该聚合材料具有非常广泛的应用,但是此处所述的聚合物被用于眼用装置,例如人工晶状体(“IOL”)。虽然该聚合物的一种用途为用于流体驱动型可调节式IOL,但是该聚合物也可以用于不可调节式或非流体驱动型IOL。除了IOL,本发明的聚合组合物还可用于其它的眼用装置,例如,但不局限于隐形眼镜、人工角膜(keratoprostheses)、囊袋延伸环、角膜镶嵌物、角膜环或其它眼用装置。典型的可选用途为用于胸部移植领域中,例如聚合物可被用作外层壳样材料,以防止内部材料的泄露。
此处所述的聚合组合物可用于IOL中,例如如提交于2002年12月12日的美国专利申请No.60/433,046、提交于2003年12月12日的美国专利申请No.10/734,514、提交于2004年10月22日的美国专利申请No.10/971,598、提交于2005年7月1日的美国专利申请No.11/173,961、提交于2005年10月17日的美国专利申请No.11/252,916、提交于2006年12月19日的美国专利申请No.11/642,388和提交于2006年12月27日的美国专利申请No.11/646,913中所描述的任何流体驱动型IOL,上述专利申请的公开内容全部在此引入作为参考。但是,该组合物还可用于非流体驱动型IOL或不可调节式IOL。
植入眼内的装置与眼内的流体相接触。眼内的流体会随着时间透过该装置扩散,因此对装置的物理性能产生无意的和/或不希望的影响。例如,植入眼内的聚合IOL可能发生眼内流体扩散到IOL的聚合材料中的现象。已经尝试使用阻隔涂层涂覆眼用装置来防止这样的扩散,但是这些程序是非常昂贵且费时的。此外,如果眼用装置内包含一个含有流体的腔室或通道的话,存在着流体可能从流体腔室中扩散出来并流入聚合材料中的风险。这将会造成IOL所使用的流体的量减少,且有可能改变聚合材料的物理特性。因此,此处所述的本发明的本体聚合物可以用于眼用装置中以防止流体向该装置内或向该装置外的扩散。
对于必须通过巩膜上的切口植入的可植入性装置,通常希望巩膜上面的切口尽可能的小,同时还能够使装置变形而不会被损坏。该装置还必须在植入后能够恢复其原始构型。此处所述的本发明的聚合物因此可用于这样的眼用装置中,即该眼用装置需要变形以穿过切口植入,然后一旦植入眼内就恢复其原始构型。
同样,可能希望增加眼用装置的折射率(“RI”)来增加其折射能力。本体聚合物的RI的增加可以使装置更薄,而仍能保持所需的能力。同时还能够使得装置具有较小的植入外形,以减小植入过程中眼部切口的大小。
此处所述聚合物的改良的性质包括但不局限于弹性模量、折射率、抗流体扩散性、组合物的响应度、机械强度、刚性、湿润性和光学透明度。这些性质不一定是互斥的,该列表也不是穷尽的。
本发明的一个实施方式为用于眼用装置的聚合材料。该聚合物包含第一组分、第二组分以及第三组分或更多的组分。在一个优选实施方式中,该组合物包含丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯、丙烯酸苯乙酯和作为交联剂的乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯。这些单体并不是限制性的,只是作为实例提供。
为了实现上述聚合物所需的性质,人们考虑可以选择特定的单体或其它组分以实现特定的性质,或者也可以组合地选择这些特定的单体和其它的组分以实现特定的性质。

可以向聚合材料中添加甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯或其适当的替代物,以提高此处所描述的聚合物的抗流体扩散性。通常,使用含多个氟原子的单体可以提高聚合物的抗流体扩散性。
虽然三氟乙基的乙基潜在地可以结合多达5个氟原子,但是大量的氟原子可以降低聚合物的折射率。因此在某些实施方式中,甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯将会提供聚合物的抗扩散性和聚合物的折射率之间的理想的平衡。

在本发明的某些实施方式中,聚合组合物还包含一种或多种紫外(UV)光吸收物质,例如丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯官能化的苯并三唑或二苯甲酮,其含量低于大约5%。在某些实施方式中,UV光吸收物质的含量范围为大约0.05%至大约2%。本发明中所使用的合适的紫外光吸收剂包括但不限于β-(4-苯并三唑基-3-羟基苯氧基)乙基丙烯酸酯、4-(2-丙烯酰氧基乙氧基)-2-羟基二苯甲酮、4-甲基丙烯酰氧基-2-羟基二苯甲酮、2-(2′-甲基丙烯酰氧基-5′-甲基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2′-羟基-5′-甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基苯基)-2H-苯并三唑、2-[3′-叔丁基-2′-羟基-5′-(3″-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基)苯基]-5-氯-苯并三唑、2-[3′-叔丁基-5′-(3″-二甲基乙烯基甲硅烷基丙氧基)-2′-羟苯基]-5-m-乙氧基苯并三唑、2-(3′-烯丙基-2′-羟基-5′-甲基苯基)苯并三唑、2-[3′-叔丁基-2′-羟基-5-(3″-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙氧基)苯基]-5-氯-苯并三唑和2-[3′-叔丁基-2′-羟基-5′-(3″-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙氧基)苯基]-5-氯-苯并三唑。本领域技术人员知道还可以选择其它不同的UV光吸收剂化学物质。
可以向此处所描述的聚合组合物中添加一种或多种适当的自由基热聚合引发剂。这样的引发剂的例子包括但不限于有机过氧化物,例如过氧化乙酰、过氧化月桂酰、过氧化癸酰、过氧化硬脂酰、过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化新戊酸叔丁酯、过氧化二碳酸叔丁酯等。这样的引发剂的添加范围为总的聚合物混合物的大约0.01%至大约1%。
可替代的UV引发剂包括那些本领域已知的引发剂,例如但不限于苯偶姻甲醚、苯偶姻乙醚、1173、1164、2273、1116、2959、3331(EM Industries)和651和184(Ciba-Geigy,巴塞尔,瑞士)。
通过在眼用装置的外表面上提供阻隔层,此处所述的本发明聚合物的抗扩散性可以进一步得到提高。此外,如果装置包含一个置于该装置内的流体腔室(例如置于流体驱动型可调节式IOL中的流体腔室),该装置还可以在其流体腔室的内表面上具有阻隔层,以增加防止流体向流体腔室外扩散的抗扩散性。该阻隔层可以为氟碳材料或聚合物薄层,例子包括六氟乙烷、六氟丙烯、六氟丙烷、八氟丙烷、聚四氟乙烯和1H,1H,2H-全氟-1-十二烯。通过各种加工方法,可以将阻隔层单独或组合地置于或者共价键合到眼用装置的固体表面上。等离子体沉积是一种常用的加工方法。
通过等离子体沉积形成的层通常是非常薄的,例如大约20纳米至大约100纳米。由于氟碳聚合物的折射率通常比较低,因此厚度小于四分之一可见光波长的阻隔层是肉眼不可见的。
如上所述,此处所述的本发明的聚合物可用于(例如在流体腔室中)内含流体的IOL中。通常,流体的粘度与流体的扩散性有关;低粘度流体更容易透过聚合物扩散。
眼用装置可以包含硅氧烷油。通过选择具有窄分子量分布的硅氧烷油,特别是去除低分子量的硅氧烷油分子,可以降低透过聚合物扩散的硅氧烷油的量。通常使用一系列的洗提(stripping)过程来去除硅氧烷油中的低分子量组分。通常,低分子量组分比高分子量组分扩散得快。但是,高分子量组分使得粘度增加,因此需要使用更大的力来驱动流体穿过IOL。因此,具有窄分子量分布的硅氧烷油是优选的。置于眼用装置中的流体不限于硅氧烷油,还可以是例如盐溶液。
但是,在某些实施方式中,IOL组分是基本上指数匹配的,因此调节过程中IOL的一个表面的偏斜将会明显引起能力的任何变化。例如,本体聚合物与IOL中的任何流体基本上是指数匹配的。此处的用语“基本上指数匹配的”包括IOL组分间的折射率具有最小差异。例如,如果在制造IOL过程中使用粘合剂,这些粘合剂的折射率可以不同,但是当考虑到可调节式IOL的总的能力变化时,这些差异是可忽略的。
在某些实施方式中,聚合物的TG为大约-20℃,并且可以拉伸到大约4倍的长度而不会断裂。
图1A-1C显示示例性的静态IOL,其中可以使用此处描述的聚合材料。人工晶状体10、14和17通常包含一个透光的光学部分(分别为11、15和18)和从光学部分向外围延伸并适于与囊袋接合的袢部分(分别为12、16和19)。
光学部分和袢部分可以包含相同的聚合组合物或包含不同的组合物。光学部分和袢部分的组合物取决于每个组件所需的性质。例如,当袢通常不用于聚焦光时,则不必需要袢部分具有高折射率,因此用于袢部分的聚合物可以不需要具有高折射率。同样,例如,可能希望袢部分具有与静态的光学部分不同的响应性能。
图2-4显示可调节式IOL的示例性实施方式,其至少一部分(例如中心光学部分)可以包含本发明的聚合组合物。IOL 20包括袢22和24、晶状体前元件26、包括执行器(actuator)30的中间层28和基底32。袢22和24限定了内容积34,内容积34与在基底32和中间层28之间形成的通道和孔36流体连通。如图所示,执行器30和中间层28是一体的。执行器30与可变形的袢22和24流体连通,袢22和24使流体在袢的内容积与通道和孔36之间进行分布。睫状肌运动导致的袢的变形使得袢中的流体流向通道和孔36中。孔中的流体对执行器30施加力,执行器30将力传递到晶状体前元件,使其沿着向前的方向扩张,因此增加了晶状体的光学能力。
为了得到具有所需性质的组合物,进行了大量的实验。在第一个实验中,测试了用于IOL的非流体部分(即本体聚合物)的、作为PMMA的替代物的丙烯酸丁酯(BuA)。BuA比PMMA更具柔性,与所有的丙烯酸聚合物一样,BuA也具有高水平的无规立构度(atacticity),使其具有低结晶度、适当的加工特征、高光学质量以及对紫外(UV)光的长期稳定性。测试表明,与由PMMA制成的相同组件相比,由BuA制成的固体晶状体组件显示出对睫状肌运动的响应度增强,但是同时,在抗IOL和眼睛流体扩散性方面,并未发现相对于PMMA组件的显著的增加。
在第二个实验中,制造的固体晶状体组件包含BuA和甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯(TFEMA)的共聚物。将这个组合物与仅由BuA制成的组件相比较。添加大约20%至大约30%的TFEMA使得晶状体组件对睫状肌的运动保持与未经修饰的BuA组件相同的所需的响应度,同时导致抗IOL流体和眼睛流体扩散性显著提高(这可以通过例如测量下述膨胀系数观察到)。但是,该组合物显示折射率降低。上述这样的BuA-TFEMA组合物可能适用于不要求光学透明度的IOL组件,例如IOL的袢部分。这样的组合物还具有非眼科应用,例如用于胸部植入物中,其中需要具有高抗流体扩散性的响应材料。
在第三个实验中,丙烯酸苯乙酯(PhEA)与上述的BuA-TFEMA组合物共聚在一起。观察到该组合物的折射率显著提高,特别是当BuA的含量范围为大约30%-大约60%、PhEA的含量范围为大约20%至大约40%,以及当TFEMA的含量范围为大约20%-大约50%时。更加具体地,折射率增加到1.477,测量的弹性模量的范围为0.1-0.3Mpa。重要的是,由该组合物制成的IOL固体组件证明具有极好的抗扩散性以及对睫状肌运动的高响应度。
在第四个实验中,向BuA-PhEA-TFEMA组合物中添加作为附加成分的交联剂。特别地,现发现乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯可以作为该组合物的适合的交联剂使用。可以按照小于BuA-TFEMA-PhEA组合物的大约5%的量添加前述交联剂,使组合物聚合物在三维空间内互相交织,以提供比非交联组合物具有改善的弹性记忆的紧密的分子结构。得到的组合物还显示提高的抗扩散性。
当IOL固体组件是由BuA-TFEMA-PhEA-EGDMA组合物制成并包括任选的阻隔层时,观察到IOL的抗扩散性有所提高,比未加阻隔涂层的材料提高最多达40倍。此外,这些固体组件为生物相容的,光学透明的,并具有高折射率和理想的机械强度水平。这些组件还显示具有一定水平的柔性和弹性记忆,足以允许IOL通过角膜上的小切口插入而不会折断,之后能够在可接受的时间内恢复其原始形状。
为了测试聚合物的抗扩散性,可以进行一项膨胀研究,来检测当大小和重量已知的聚合物样品接触流体时会膨胀多少。该测试中测量溶解度,但不一定测量扩散率,测试可以如下进行:
准备大小和重量(例如1cm x 2cm)已知的样品聚合物;添加流体(例如硅氧烷油);加热至所需温度(例如35-37℃);在不同的时间点测量样品的大小和重量并与原始大小和重量进行对比。这样就检测了样品的大小和重量增加了多少,或者说,聚合物“膨胀”了多少。
还可以进行测定扩散率而不是溶解度的扩散研究,优选地此处所述的组合物的这两个参数都比较小。测试可以如下进行:
准备样品聚合物薄膜(大约100微米厚,直径为25mm);将该膜置于两个流体储存室之间,一个储存室中为驱动流体例如硅氧烷油,另一种流体为盐溶液;然后,随时间对盐水储存室进行采样,以确定通过薄膜聚合物扩散的硅氧烷油的量,来测定硅氧烷油的扩散。
下述非限制性实施例阐述了本发明的某些方面。
实施例1
同时添加下述成分并混合均匀:

向由聚丙烯、聚甲基戊烯或玻璃制成的两部式模具腔内倒入上述成分。密封该模具,其内不留空气。
通过将密封的模具置于装配有UV灯(例如Sankyo Denki BlackLight Blue Lamp)的区室中来进行聚合物固化。取决于灯的强度,可以进行一个小时或更短时间的聚合反应。任选地可以在热烤箱中在90-100℃下进行1-2个小时的后固化,以确保更加完全的聚合。
得到的聚合物在硅氧烷油中的膨胀系数为0,折射率为1.477,弹性模量为0.163Mpa。
实施例2
可以同时添加下述成分,混合均匀,并按照与实施例1相同的方法进行加工。

尽管上面描述了本发明的示例性的实施方式,但是本领域技术人员明白,在不偏离本发明的基础上,可以对上述实施方式进行不同的改变和修改。
Claims (13)
1.一种用于眼用装置的聚合材料,所述聚合材料包含:含量为35体积%至65体积%的丙烯酸丁酯、含量为15体积%至30体积%的甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯和含量为20体积%至40体积%的丙烯酸苯乙酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的材料,其中,所述丙烯酸丁酯的含量为45体积%至55体积%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的材料,其中,所述甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯的含量为18体积%至22体积%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的材料,其中,所述丙烯酸苯乙酯的含量为26体积%至34体积%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的材料,其中,所述丙烯酸丁酯的含量为45体积%至55体积%,所述甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯的含量为18体积%至22体积%,所述丙烯酸苯乙酯的含量为26体积%至34体积%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的材料,其进一步包含交联剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的材料,其中,所述交联剂为乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的材料,其进一步包含紫外光吸收材料。
9.根据权利要求1所述的材料,其中,所述眼用装置为人工晶状体,其中,所述人工晶状体包含中心光学部分和外围非光学部分,并且其中,所述中心光学部分包含所述聚合材料,其中,所述非光学部分包含不同于所述聚合材料的第二种聚合材料。
10.一种可调节式人工晶状体,包含:
透光的光学部分;和
从光学部分延伸的袢部分,
其中,所述光学部分和所述袢部分流体连通,并且其中,所述袢部分的构造使得患者睫状肌的运动导致流体在光学部分和袢部分之间转移,和
其中,所述光学部分和所述袢部分中的至少一个包含含有含量为35体积%至65体积%的丙烯酸丁酯、含量为15体积%至30体积%的甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯和含量为20体积%至40体积%的丙烯酸苯乙酯的聚合材料。
11.根据权利要求10所述的人工晶状体,其中,所述光学部分还包含置于所述光学部分表面上的阻隔涂层,以提高抗扩散性。
12.根据权利要求10所述的人工晶状体,其中,所述流体为硅氧烷油。
13.一种制造用于眼用装置的聚合材料的方法,包括:
通过同时添加和混合含量为35%至65%的丙烯酸丁酯、含量为15%至30%的甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯和含量为20%至40%的丙烯酸苯乙酯来提供混合的组合物,和
固化所述混合的组合物。
