Abstract
The invention relates to a lens implant for replacing the lens mass of an ey e and has essentially the same size and shape as the eye. The implant is elastic, hereby ensuring that the eye retains its accommodative capacity, an d consists of two parts (10, 11) with a different refractive index and/or different shapes. This enables the focal distance and shape to be easily adjusted to the respective requirements. A distal part (11) is configured as a premanufactured part, while the proximal part (10) can preferably be introduced into the lens capsule in a flowable form.
