Three Dystopian and Supernatural Novels Lord of the World, the Dawn of All, a Mirror of Shalott

This volume contains three novels by English writer Robert Hugh Benson, an Anglican and then Catholic Priest turned writer, lauded in his own day as one of the leading figures in English literature, having written the notable book Lord of the World, that we present to you in this collection. He also wrote a second book to that series, The Dawn of All, in a more positive tone. Lord of the World centers upon the reign of the Anti-Christ and the End of the World. It has been called prophetic, among others, by Pope Benedict XVI and most recently, Pope Francis, which has rendered the work extremely popular recently. He wrote many novels, most of them historical, but were this two novels the ones that made him famous. We have also included in this volume a rather interesting and rare novel, A MIRROR OF SHALOTT, which narrates the supernatural encounters of a group of priests who have all faced their quota of ghost and spirits throughout their careers. Lord of the World is a 1907 novel by Monsignor Robert Hugh Benson that centers upon the reign of the Anti-Christ and the End of the World.
