About the author (2018)

Francis Scott Key Fitzgerald (1896--1940) was an American writer, now widely regarded as one of the greatest of the 20th century. Among his works are Tender is the Night, The Last Tycoon, and The Great Gatsby. His works are windows into the "Jazz Age" America of the 1920s. SAM KALDA is a Brooklyn illustrator with a penchant for weaving narrative into his illustrations. His use of patterns and simple lines create work that is both quirky and attractive. His work has appeared in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Architect Magazine, and many others.
