About the author (2015)

Øyvind Kvalnes is an associate professor at BI Norwegian Business School. He has facilitated moral reasoning sessions in a range of organizations in the private and public sectors. His main research and teaching interests are in ethics, moral psychology, leadership, and excellence in organizations.
